The OI-7010 is an advanced hybrid controller engineered to support complex gas detection and monitoring systems. Designed to manage up to 32 WireFree sensor assemblies along with 4–20 mA inputs, it provides flexible integration across both WireFree and wired configurations.

Featuring Modbus RS-485 communication and integrated relay outputs, the OI-7010 enables seamless connectivity with existing control systems and external devices. Its scalable architecture and reliable performance make it well-suited for demanding industrial safety applications.

Features

    • Inputs: 32 digital WireFree channels; up to 4 can be switched to 4–20 mA wired inputs. 
    • Compatibility: Works with Otis GEN I and GEN II WireFree systems or standard wired 4–20 mA sensors. 
    • Display & Interface: Dual graphical LCD screens with sunlight-readable LED backlights and a 5 push-button interface (MENU, ADD, SUB, SCAN/HOLD, RESET/ESC).
    • Power & Operating Range: Operates on 12V to 35V DC (optional 85/264V AC to 24V DC power supply) in temperatures from -40°C to +70°C (-40°F to 158°F). 
    • Alarms & Outputs: 4 configurable alarm set-points, 4 red front panel LEDs, 4 dry-contact relays (4 Amps max), and RS-485 Modbus output. 
    • Enclosure: NEMA 4X standard fiberglass body with a clear viewing window (measuring 10″ L x 8″ W x 6″ H, weighing 8.2 lbs).
